I still remember all of the steps, guitar tabs, and drum hits to Sobakasu. Ah, my days as an intern in Tokyo.

Nothing dates foreigners in Japan quite like our choice of Japanese songs for karaoke:

Kazumasa Oda – 2002
Yeah, choosing “Kira Kira” as your Oda song is probably bad form.
If you want to chick points as well as oyaji points, you have to go for stuff from the Off Course catalog (or at the latest, the tune from Tokyo Love Story). The amount of oyaji points awarded drops off dramatically at “Woh Woh”.
Okay, I’m done talking out of my arse.
