Here’s three:
1) The characters are so shitty I can barely make them out. Is it supposed to read 管理人？
2) The grammer is so shitty that I can barely understand it. おしっこをかけないで下さい is correct grammatically, but the に should be with 管理人. As for the bit about the dog, the verb is all messed up because it isn’t permissive. It says, “don’t piss on the manager,” not, “don’t let your dog piss on the manager.” I’ve never been good with that tense, and I’ve certainly never had to think about how to say this type of thing in Japanese, but I think it should read, 犬を管理人におしっこをかけらせないでください.
Okay, off to the original site to see if I really deserve my 一球, uh, I mean 一級. Heh, heh, heh…

I meant two.
The original site didn’t point out the verb mistake, so maybe I am wrong. Anyone with a better grammatical proficiency care to weigh in?

Japanese written vertically should run from right to left.

This sign says, “Please don’t pee on the dog,” and has a signature on the wrong end (should be on the right, but I guess the person realized to sign after they wrote the sentence so they could only find space on the left end). The signature says, “dairi-nin,” which translates to something like “substitute”
It does not say, “Please don’t let the dog pee on the manager/landlord.”
So my bets are:
1) Dairi-nin should be Kanri-nin. (Wee!! Wee!!)
2) I don’t see a dog in the picutre to be peed on.
Do I win?!
