      And this is the country all the economists are clamouring will replace Japan? With exactly the same strategy as Japan’s export led model? Watch China implode in 5 years time.

      The report mentions individual investors plunking down cash into these empty homes, but makes it sound like its just cash, but I wonder how levered these investments typically are…
