Curzon, as we all know the technicalities of citizenship and lineage matter not to the truly great statesmen of our age. 

Anyway, for those who think that elites are actually bound by the law, here is Roy&#039;s analysis of whether Fujimori should have been considered Japanese (conclusion - the justice minister should have acted to prevent him from taking citizenship but instead made a very dubious exception):
