It isn't hard to find an off-the-rack shirt with 87 cm sleeves, but it will always have a collar of at least 45 cm. Quite frustrating (although it isn't a fatal problem since order-made clothing is easy to get in Tokyo). Anyway, the few really tall Japanese people I know are also carrying a considerable deal of muscle/flab on their bodies. Must be diet.
