While Peru might be divided, the government of Japan still has a pronounced hard-on for Fujimori. They caused a row with the Chilean government by not telling them that Fujimori was coming, and now they are insisting on a consular visit despite the high possibility that he entered Chile on a Peruvian passport, thus nullifying any hope of consular aid.

Screw this guy! Japan should know that it will be judged by the company it keeps.</description>
