ZAKZAK says the rumor going around is that he went stealthily after a symposium on postal privatization on July 20.

On his way home from the Keidanren-sponsored event, his car passed by Yasukuni on the way to Nagata-cho instead of the usual Kasumigaseki route. He may have paid his respects to Japan’s war dead in the car.
